Hide other technicians tickets from user
I am looking for a way to allow technicians to use the TDX user portal to access their tickets, but I only want them to be able to see tickets assigned to them.
Is it possible to prevent them from searching for tickets assigned to other users?

Hi Jordan,
In order for a user to be able to be listed as responsible for a ticket, they would have to have access to the ticket app. They could view the ticket in the portal if they're a contact or requestor of the ticket, but they'd still have to have ticket app access to be listed as responsible.
