Can you send an attachment in a notifcation via API?

Hi,
We are able to upload an attachment to a ticket via API and able to notify a user using the ticket feed API. But is there a way to send a notification including an attachment to a user via API?

Adding a field more than once within a form

Hi,
Within a single form, can we add the delivered Accounts/Departments field more than once?
If so, how can these be added?
We need the user to select a Department multiple times within one form.
