Configuration Item Owner Field Customization
Is there any way to customize the default "Owner" field in regards to Configuration Items?
Specifically, we're trying to create software CI's and when adding a the owner, who is typically an end user (non-employee/participant), we have to click the magnifying glass on the filed and change the search criteria. It's not obvious via the admin panel if we can change the default "owner" field to default to "both" employees and non-employees to make the quick search function automatically pull non-employee participants.

Hello Jacob,
The type-ahead results *will* default to Employees only, so the search page you mentioned is needed if the desired person is not marked as an employee currently.
