  • Average Resolution Time
  • Overall Customer Satisfaction
  • Aging Tickets
    • For Aging tickets, you can use the out of the box one linked above or build a basic Ticket Report using the filter:
      • Age - Greater than or equal to - Value
  • SLA Breaches
  • VIP Tickets Currently Open
    • Create a group called VIP for appropriate users (University President, AVPs, CIO, etc) that you would report on with a filter:
      • Requestor - Is a Member of - VIP
