- Aging Tickets
- For Aging tickets, you can use the out of the box one linked above or build a basic Ticket Report using the filter:
- Age - Greater than or equal to - Value
- SLA Breaches
- VIP Tickets Currently Open
- Create a group called VIP for appropriate users (University President, AVPs, CIO, etc) that you would report on with a filter:
- Requestor - Is a Member of - VIP
