With our ticketing app, we have tickets be assigned to groups via automation rules. The TDNext users are members of multiple groups, and because the tickets are assigned to groups, of course, the tickets don't show in "Assigned to Me". Is there...

New User needs to access custom content.

I have a user who is new to TDX. There is content that they know exists that they want to add to their desktop by editing the desktop.
But when they click on Edit Desktop, they cannot find the content to add.

How do users set their default Desktop when they have Linked Desktops?

Hi ,
Are users able to set a Linked Desktop as their Default Desktop? Since they no longer have the Edit button in a linked desktop I'm not sure where they'd do this.
