Good way to see the tickets all the groups you're in are assigned to?
With our ticketing app, we have tickets be assigned to groups via automation rules. The TDNext users are members of multiple groups, and because the tickets are assigned to groups, of course, the tickets don't show in "Assigned to Me". Is there a good like Saved Search or something else, that can show "Tickets Assigned to My Groups"?

Hi Connor,
If these users have access to the My Work applications, they can use the My Assignments tab to view any incomplete work that’s been assigned to them directly (and has not been added to My Work) and they will also see work assigned to any groups they are part of.
