Ticket Tasks - "Complete Within" Field

Whenever I create a new task for a ticket, the Complete Within field is always set to 1 hour. I'm wondering if there's a way for me to change it in the settings so that the default is 0 hours and that way we can only assign deadlines to tasks that need them instead of forgetting to remove a deadline and having a task be overdue.

Unfortunately, it isn't currently possible to customize the default duration for each ticket task. I would suggest submitting this as a Product Idea: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
