Knowledge - Review Notifications and Groups
Hello!
When using Groups as Knowledge article owners, what criteria must be met for a member to receive a notification for the Next Review Date? I had thought that someone would just need to be a member of the group, and have "Notify" set to "Yes", however it seems there's something more to it as we're hearing that some group members aren't receiving the notices. The best I can determine is they might also need the group to be their Primary group (as far as I can tell, that's the only common thing). Is that how it's intended to work? Is that also how the Feedback notifications work?
Thanks,

Hi Dan,
Do the users in question also have TDNext access? I believe in order to perform a review on an article in the KB a user must also have TDNext access.
Any user without TDNext access would be excluded from notifications about a KBs review date because they are ineligible to be granted permission to perform that action.
