Tickets with Attachments Report
Greetings-
I am working on finding an option to review tickets with attachments to ensure that the data in the attachments doesn't violate any of our IT data storage policies. If there is data within the ticket attachments; we will have to work to delete the attachments within the ticket. Has anyone found a way to create a report that shows if a ticket has attachments?

Hello Crystal,
There currently is not a way to report on whether or not a ticket has attachments.
It would be a great enhancement feature to ask for though if ticket reports could return that information.
