Access to tickets, Requests, Asset, Questions for Users.

I need to find out what access I need to give my technicians so they can see the Access to tickets, Requests, Asset, Questions for Users. 

When I click on a users name in an open ticket I can see the options in the attached picture.  However, my techs can't .  I have Enterprise access they currently have Technician Access.

Hello Matthew,

The technician users would need access to TDNext, your tickets app, the assets app in question, and can view questions per their client portal security role. They also will need access to the People application I believe in order to see those tabs at the top of the account window.

So if they can already see thoes items when searched for specifically, but don't see the tabs, try adding the People application to their account.
