When creating a ticket in TDX auto population of data into certain fields.

When creating a ticket in TDX auto population of data into certain fields.  When creating the ticket I and add the requester their department is auto populated, but not the building or room.  Would this be possible to setup?  If so how would I do that?

Also, in the Asset section can't the database pull the owners information from their account information and put that data into the fields automatically?  Example: If I setup a new assett in the database and add the owner and that information in their account should auto populate into the fields.

Hello Matthew,

No it is not currently possible for the Requestor selection to cause the Location/Room values to also pre-populate. Currently, we only pre-populate the Acct/Dept field value when the Requestor is chosen.

This would constitute an enhancement request I believe. Both items you mention as far as "can we achieve this?" are enhancement requests.
