Can REPORTS default view (in TDNext) be closed / nested?

Since our instance went live six years ago, the the default view of our Reports sidebar has been fully opened - i.e. when I open the pane, I see all the contents of all the directories.

We're looking at several approaches to organize this sidebar - but would this be one of them? Is there a setting I could toggle so that they'd default to closed instead of open? Can it be set per user / group, or only globally?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hello Ian,

There are no current configuration options to default the reporting side-bar to all open vs all closed, nor is there a configuration to allow you to default whether the edit/create screen on a report has the Show in Navigator option enabled or not.

For that matter, can I change 'Show in Navigator' to default to off? I'm not sure I want to, but I wonder about the answer.
