Ticket - video attachment size limit
Hi All,
Could someone let me know what is the limit for a video file attached to a ticket? I saw a few discussions stating 20MB and 50MB. Thank you

Hi Michael,
It depends on what method is used to upload the file. Here are the file size restrictions for ticket requests:
- Ticket Requests (20 MB) - this is the drag and drop feature for content being uploaded at once.
- In a Ticket, +Add > Attachment, 'from my computer' > a maximum of 50MB of content can be loaded at one time.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi Brittany,
ok so from TDNext a drag n drop is 20MB. A +Add is 50MB from TDNext. What about from TDClient when users are submitting tickets? - Michael Rodriguez Thu 2/29/24 2:21 PM

The attachment field on a ticket request form in the client portal supports up to a 20MB file.

Brittany, is it 50MB if it also comes from OneDrive? I see that as a second option.

We don't truly "download" or otherwise bring in content that comes from a source like OneDrive. We just create a link to that file in the OneDrive system. So it doesn't have a limitation on size to my knowledge.
