Approval Step notification

I inquiring about an Approval Step and if something is added to the description of an Approval step, if the description is included when the notification is sent to the approver?

How can I check that?

When I look at Ticket Workflow Step Assignment, it says no for Customizations active, but when I click on this, I see the following (it looks to me that description is sent, but not sure):

That depends on how your ticket workflow step assigned notification template is configured and if it is set up to include the step's description.
