Department read-only default value
Hello!
Wondering if anyone know how to add a default value to department and if it can be made ready-only in forms. I am thinking of making a college name static value for departments on all forms.

Hi Michael,
You should be able to supply a default value for Acct/Dept by opening the form(s) in question in TDAdmin > Applications > [Ticket App] > Forms > [Select Form]. In form builder, locate the Acct/Dept field and use the lookup button to select the default Acct/Dept you'd like to see there. Once you have the value in place, you can then set the "For Client Portal" configuration to "Read-Only" and then Save the form.
