Configuration Items: Person field - multiple/groups
In adding a configuration item attribute, there's a person type option, but unlike the default Owner field, it does not allow for Groups (or multiple people). Is there a way to allow for either groups or multiple people on a configuration item field?
Potentially related to this, how would you put a company or organization (not necessarily a vendor) as an attribute on a configuration item? Add them as a "person" of some kind?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to allow an entire group or multiple people to be selectable on a custom person type attribute currently.
To your second question, yes I think I would track them as a Customer type record in your user base of TDX and have all of their information stored in that record so you can just easily select it as the value for your custom person attribute on your CI record.
