Should we get a notification that an email monitor is not working?

We have a monitor on a mailbox where the password had expired (my fault, since corrected). It's not a commonly-used monitor, so no one noticed until someone checked the logs for unrelated reasons. Should we be seeing any sort of notice that the monitor is unable to check the mailbox?

Hello Patrick,

Unfortunately there are not currently notifications that go out when a monitor gets into a state that it is constantly erroring or is deactivated due to improper credentials (on either the TDX side or the mailbox/auth account side). It's definitely something that has been asked for, and I would encourage you to submit an enhancement request to add to the market evidence for such a notification, but at the moment there isn't a way to produce a notification that an active monitor hasn't processed anything or was deactivated due to some issue in consistently connecting to the indicated mailbox.

Here is the service for submitting a product idea ticket: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
