Is there a setting to Notify Requester on Technician reassignment?
Could you please tell me if there is a current setting to Notify Requester on Technician Reassignment?

Hi Will,
I'm not aware of a default setting for Notifying the Requestor on ticket reassignment. I believe it is only currently possible to notify the resource when reassigning a ticket and notifying the Requestor would need to be completed through a ticket update or feed comment.
