Reporting on Comments & Templates
Is it possible to run a report on KB articles with comments or articles/services that use a specific template that we created?

Hello Morgan,
Unfortunately this type of reporting is not currently capable. The report systems do not currenlty have the ability to return data regarding the Feed of any particular item nor when/if a KB or service was created with the asisstance of a template.
It would be a good idea as an enhancement to the reporting system, but for now this is not something the reports can provide.
