Knowledge Base Article Report
Hello!
Is there a way to create a report that pulls how many times a Knowledge Base article has been read within a specific date range?
For example: Article ID #123456 was read "x" times from 9/1/2022 to 9/30/2022.

Hello Michael,
Unfortunately there isn't a way within our report system to determine how many times a KB article was read within a given time frame.
This is primarily because we don't have a column/filter for read by date to allow that info to be specifically reported on. Because of that, you're not able to report on that sort of data specifically.
You *could* possibly achieve it if you use Google Analytics on your client portal though through GA reporting in their interface.
