Who can use this feature?
- To view this report, Work Management (TDNext) users need the following setup:
- Analysis application access
- "View All Time Report Types" global security role permission
- Available on TDX Work Management
The T&E Report is a standard report used to show the time and expense entries from a specified date range.
- The start date will be 12:00 AM of the date you enter in the "Start Date" field.
- The end date will be 11:59 PM of the date you enter in the "End Date" field.
- The report is driven by any time and expenses reported for the date range specified in the report criteria.
- Time and expenses do not need to be approved or submitted to be included in this report, only entered.
Viewing the T&E Report
To view this report:
- In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
- Click the Analysis application tile.
- Under the Standard Reports section of the navigation menu, click T&E Report.
The report shows two tables: Time Entries and Expense Entries.

Displays the following info for each time entry, broken down by time type.
- Person
- Time type
- Account
- Project/Workspace/Task/Issue/Ticket name
- Amount of hours
- Billable amount
- Non-billable amount
- Total bill amount

Displays the following info for each reported expense, broken down by expense type.
- Person
- Expense type
- Account
- Project/workspace/ticket name
- Expense quantity
- Reimbursable amount
- Billable amount
- Non-billable amount
- Total bill amount
Also includes links to related info:
- Person names are links to that person's user profile.
- Account names are links to that account's detail page.

Calculations
Here are the calculations the T&E Report makes:
- Bill Amount = (Billable Hours) x (Person's Bill Rate -> as specified in the person's user profile or by the project)
- Total Amount = (Billable Amount) + (Non-Billable Amount)
