Who can use this feature?
- Users with access to Work Management (TDNext) and the Projects application can view this report.
- Available on TDX Work Management
The Issue Resolution Status Report is a Projects Application report that displays the number of issues at each priority level for the specified project, broken down by project member or issue category.
By default, this report contains the following data:
- Priority Levels (Low, Med/Low, Med, Med/High, or High) - The number of unclosed issues at the specified priority level.
- Not Completed/Cancelled - The number unclosed issues.
- Completed/Cancelled - The number closed issues.
- Completed/Cancelled % - The percentage of closed issues to total issues.
- Total - The number of unclosed and closed issues.
Viewing the Issue Resolution Status Report
To view this report:
- In the Work Management Toolbar, click View Applications.
- Click the Projects application tile.
- Under the Standard Issue Reportssection of the navigation menu, click Issue Resolution Status.
- Select the Project/Workspace you want to view info of.
- (OPTIONAL) Update the Group By option.
- (OPTIONAL) Select every Category to include
- (OPTIONAL) Select every Priority to include.
- Click Run Report.
Clicking the person, category, or number in the report opens up a side panel with a list of issued tied to that value.
