Body
This report will report on issue resolution statuses logged on your Projects and Workspaces. Users will require access to TDNext as well as the Projects/Workspaces applicaiton.
Overview
This report displays number of issues at each priority level for the specified project, broken down by project member or issue category. The results will be grouped by your company's issue categories or by project member depending on what you choose in the "Group By" field.
Where to Find This
This feature appears in TDNext in the Projects/Workspaces. It will be located within the navigation on the left side of the screen.
Navigate to this report following this path:
- TDNext > Project/Workspaces > Reports> Standard Issue Reports
Using the Issue Resolution Status Report
Columns
- Priority Levels (Low, MedLow, Med, MedHigh, or High) - The number of unclosed issues at the specified priority level.
- Total Unclosed - The number unclosed issues.
- Closed - The number closed issues.
- Closed % - The percentage of closed issues to total issues.
- Total - The number of unclosed and closed issues.
The results will be grouped by your company's issue categories or by project member depending on what you choose in the "Group By" field.
Result values are links to a page displaying all the unclosed issues for a particular person/category at the desired priority level, all of the unclosed issues for a person/category, all of the closed issues for a person/category, or all of the issues for a person/category.
Person or category names are links to a page displaying all of the issues for that person/category.
