Deleting a Ticket

Deleting a ticket permanently removes it and all associated data from the system. Because this action is irreversible, the ability to delete tickets is restricted to Global Administrators with an explicitly granted deletion permission.

To delete a ticket:

  1. In TDAdmin, go to Applications.
  2. Select the Ticketing Applications that the ticket is in.
  3. Click Tickets in the left menu
  4. Select the ticket Title.
  5. In the ticket detail window, click the Delete button and confirm the action.
