Who can use this feature?
Users with the
Access to the Admin application
and with the "
Delete Tickets
" Admin Role permission can delete tickets, see related articles for adjusting this permission.
The "
Delete Tickets
" permission is separate from a user's Security Role permissions and is assigned at the organization's detail page in Admin.
Users who are just Ticketing Application admins
cannot
delete tickets.
To delete a ticket:
In TDAdmin, go to
Applications
.
Select the
Ticketing Applications
that the ticket is in.
Click
Tickets
.
Select the ticket
Title
.
At the top of the page, click
Delete
.
