Each ticket in TeamDynamix always has a Requestor, and when viewing a ticket in Work Management, it displays a card with their information. The data shown depends on what information is configured in the requestor's person record and whether the requestor is a standard user or a public requestor.
In this article, we'll cover:

When viewing a ticket, the requestor card can display up to nine data points if they are configured on the person record:
- First and Last Name
- Confidential Status - Identifies people whose profile details will not be visible in the Client Portal.
- Default Priority - A colored indicator shows the requestor's priority level (for example, "High" displays with a red indicator)
- Alert Email Address
- Preferred Phone Number - The contact number selected from available phone fields (Work, Home, Mobile, Fax, Pager, or Other)
- Location
- Title - The requestor's job title
- Organization
- Organizational ID - An identifier used to help search the people database, which can contain fields your organization considers necessary, such as employee ID or authentication username
The requestor card displays only information configured in the person record. If any fields are left blank, they will not appear on the card.
When a ticket is submitted by a public requestor (someone without a TeamDynamix account), and your system is configured to enter the requestor as read-only, the requestor card displays limited information:
- First and Last Name
- IP Address from the submission
- Email Address
The requestor card includes clickable elements that provide quick access to related information:
- Clicking the First/Last Name opens the full person record, where you can view additional mapped values
- Clicking the Location name opens the Location object to view associated location data
- Find Referenced link provides access to other tickets or items associated with this requestor
- At minimum, every requestor card will display the First/Last Name and Alert Email Address, as these are required system fields
- The preferred phone number must be selected on the person record from the standard phone fields: Work, Home, Mobile, Fax, Pager, or Other
- Unmapped values will not appear on the requestor card, allowing you to control which information displays for each person
