Overview
The TeamDynamix Build a Bot Conversational AI Readiness course was designed to empower organizations to hit the ground running when the implementation starts by providing many of the basic Conversational AI configuration points in a digestible format. Each individual module is intended to provide the knowledge needed to complete the action items required of you before you meet with your implementation consultant.
Each individual module will begin with learning objectives and will end with a series of action items that you must complete. These modules are not intended to teach you everything about the product, but rather to teach you the basics so that you can engage in meaningful conversation with your implementation consultant after the hand off. The table below shows the estimated time it will take to complete the action items in each module. Please keep in mind that this time can be distributed across multiple individuals.
Each session/module has 2 hours allotted for it, but it is common for the sessions to average 90 mins in duration.
Admins/Project Managers: please block off time for action items per the estimate time column.
Note: Generally, we ask to send no more than 5 total resources to attend readiness at a time. Exceptions can be approved by TDX staff.

Introduces the essentials of building a chat bot, including on how to interpret and respond to user input. Participants will learn to define and match intents using AI while designing natural interactions through simple response and question steps. |

A deep dive into managing custom and unexpected user input, debugging processes, developing advanced nested question flows for complex scenarios, adjusting configuration settings, and launching the system in a sandbox environment for testing.

|
Learn how to bring personalization, advanced AI, and visual depth to conversational systems. It introduces user authentication for tailored interactions, lifelike dialogue with large language models, and the transformation of knowledge bases into dynamic, AI-driven assistants using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). |
