Overview

The TeamDynamix Build a Bot training course was designed to empower organizations to hit the ground running when the implementation starts by providing many of the basic Conversational AI configuration points in a digestible format. Each individual module is intended to provide the knowledge needed to complete the action items required of you before you meet with your implementation consultant.

Each individual module will begin with learning objectives and will end with a series of action items that you must complete. These modules are not intended to teach you everything about the product, but rather to teach you the basics so that you can engage in meaningful conversation with your implementation consultant after the hand off. The table below shows the estimated time it will take to complete the action items in each module. Please keep in mind that this time can be distributed across multiple individuals.

Each session/module has 2 hours allotted for it, but it is common for the sessions to average 90 mins in duration.

Introduction to Conversational A.I
 
High level concepts around TDX to give you a good baseline of knowledge, and some housekeeping items, such as logging into your environment, downloading the defaulted bot config, and setting up client styles

Basic Chat Design

The essential building blocks of what conversational A.I is. Here we start to learn the basics of how we interact with our user using the bot. This is done by giving them content to the questions that they ask, that being text or a card message.

Advanced Conversation Design

Taking the building blocks learned in the previous sessions, we extend our knowledge in learning how to interact with the user. We specifically go over how to ask a user follow up questions and direct them down a path to assist them in getting the correct answer.

Intent Tuning / Question Time

Introduces the concepts of how chatbot iteration works, and how we evaluate bot logs to iterate on them. 

Additionally offers time for Q/A where users can unmute and ask questions
