Group not appearing

I have created four new groups for the purpose of creating four automation rules to assign tickets to those groups.

Three of the groups, I had no problem, but the four group Report Issue - HRIS HR Group  ID 22166 is not available to be chosen as a group to assign the ticket to in the Automation Rule.

I cannot figure out why.  

The group is active, it has been assigned the proper Ticketing application.

Please provide some reasons for why this group is not appearing when I try to add it to the Automation Rule (I am at a loss).

Hello Matthew,

Have you refreshed your browsing session since adding this latest group?

Also be sure that at least one member of this group actually has been granted access to the ticketing application you're trying to include them in.
