Report showing Primary Responsible Group as Unassigned

Hello,

I was asked by one of our teams why do their open tickets report continues to show the primary responsible group column as "unassigned" when there is either a technician or a group assigned to them. Please let me know if there is anything wrong with the reporting parameters. I attached the latest report here and also the report parameters.

Hi Josy,

As far as I can tell, each of the tickets in that report that shows no value for Resp Group is doing so validly. Those tickets are only assigned to a technician currently, and the technician(s) in question do not have a Primary Group designated on their accounts right now.
