CAI - WhatApp
Hi...I read the release notes, but I could not understand what the use of WhatsApp is for. Can requestors use WhatsApp like they would be using CAI?

Based on the KB for setting up the WhatsApp channel ( https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=158632 ) it will allow users to interact with your bot by texting the WhatsApp number that you configure into the channel, so they can interact with your bot through the WhatsApp phone application.
