Remove a Time Type from a Ticket Type
Following https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=3745, I am unable to remove a time type from a ticket type. When I add a time type that is only needed for certain types within a specified application, it appears in all types in all applications. Am I doing something wrong?

Creating a new time type does not *assign* the time type to any ticket types automatically. It allows that type to be made instantly *available* to be associated with any ticket type, but the actual "assigned" Time Types of a Ticket Type are the ones listed in the grid portion of the Ticket Type's [Time Types] tab.

Unfortunately there is no way currently to restrict a time type so it is only usable on a certain kind of item or in certain applications. You do that by *not* associating it with any of the Ticket Types in the undesired applications.
