Auto Assign Assets in Ticket Form based off Requestor

When adding the Assets/CI field to a ticket form, we don't want the client/requestor to see this field on the Client Portal, but is there a way for the field to auto-populate with the asset owned by the requestor (if the requestor owns an asset) when the ticket is made?

We want to be able to see the owned assets (laptops/desktops) without having the technician manually add them via the Asset tab on the ticket.

Hi Katelyn,

You can filter the Asset/CI field to show the Requestor only assets that they own as choices in the field, but there's no way to auto-populate that fields value. The Requestor would have to select it on the form.
