I have a username that states it is in the systems "gblue" but cannot find it.

I have a student with a username of gblue and when I look it up in users.  I cannot find it.  If I try to create a new user under the name is says it's already there. Kinda lost on this one.

Hi Matthew, 

It is likely that username is already in use by another one of our SaaS clients. You'll have to make it something that allows it to be unique so the change can be saved.
