Open links by default in tdx app
I would like to get the TDX app to open when clicking links on other android apps such as outlook. Has anyone found a way to do this? The app only has one verified link in android settings that is mobile.teamdynamix.com.

Hi Matt,
I don't know of a way to force an android device to open all link types in a certain application. If the link were not a mobile app optimized link it wouldn't open correctly anyways.
Your best bet is to modify your notification templates in your ticketing apps to have the mobile app URL in them somewhere so you can click right into tickets in the app.
