public desktop with client portal content
I created a simple non-public desktop with "client portal / knowledge base / popular articles" and "client portal / service catalog / popular services"
I see the two reports on the desktop in TDNext.
I then make the desktop public and access it with the link gives me as part of that setup. I don't see the reports.
Am I missing a setting? I used to see these.

For your client portal, do you have the Services and Knowledge Base sections set to be visible to public users?

Yes (TDAdmin > Applications > (client portal) > Settings > "Public Client Portal Sections")

I would think it should work because you can set the same modules on the client portal home page (or any portal custom page) and they will show results. Can you submit this as a ticket so we can escalate?
