Group Ticket Creation Report by Day/Month
Looking through the Display Formats for the "Created" field in ticketing reports, there is no format for Day/Month which I would think would be one of the more common display formats? Is this something we're able to create as an attribute somewhere?
Hour/week and hour/month are far too granular, Week/Month doesn't quite show us enough as we're looking for day-to-day changes in ticket submittals.

Hi Justin,
If you leave the display format for the Created column blank, it should show as Day Date Time like Tues 06/18/24 9:55 AM.
Would that fit your needs for this?

No, that actually made the reporting break, it shows a straight horizontal line through all time periods on the graph. In the grid, it breaks everything out to ticket count "1" and has the exact time stamp. We just need tickets created by day to be grouped and plotted on a graph.

I see. Unfortunately, there is no Day/Week or Day/Month display format currently. I would suggest submitting this as an Enhancement Request so that kind of feature can be considered for future versions: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148.
