Linking Tickets to a Project

Hi, 

We would like to link Service Requests tickets to a Project, when the Service Request for another team is part of a Project, but we would like to keep the ticket as a Service Request.

Hi Valentina, 

The only way to link a Project to a Ticket would be to have them both listed under the same Portfolio, as outlined in this KB: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=68997.

Otherwise, the ticket would need to be converted into a task on a Project Plan, which wouldn't really leave the ticket as still being a Service Request, as you've mentioned.
