Ticket Coming off Hold generates multiple emails
Normally users receive a single email notification for a ticket that comes off hold, but recently a technician received 3 for each ticket that came off hold (3 tickets in total): 2 that looked the way they normally look (from the reply to address) and then 1 that looked like this (coming from notify@teamdynamixapp.com instead). The message content was unchanged for all 3 tickets.
Any ideas why this may have occurred and where to correct it?

Hello Tom,
It may be easier if you were to create a ticket, but we do need to see the actual emails in question if you can upload them as .msg files to this Question, or submit a support ticket and upload the files to that.
