api endpoints in TeamDynamix are rate limited?

One thing I noticed is that the api endpoints in TeamDynamix are rate limited. Would this be is configurable?

Invocations of this method are rate-limited, with a restriction of 60 calls per IP address every 60 seconds.

This one is more restrictive – creating tickets

https://pvamu.teamdynamix.com/SBTDWebApi/Home/section/Tickets#POSTapi/{appId}/tickets?EnableNotifyReviewer={EnableNotifyReviewer}&NotifyRequestor={NotifyRequestor}&NotifyResponsible={NotifyResponsible}&AllowRequestorCreation={AllowRequestorCreation}&applyDefaults={applyDefaults}

Invocations of this method are rate-limited, with a restriction of 30 calls per IP address every 60 seconds

API reate limits are not currently configurable unfortunately. This is to ensure we can guarantee system performance remains at optimum levels.
