Task Reminder Notifications
I would like to ask if there is a best way to send reminders for pending tasks on tickets. I am thinking of creating a report for each task that will list all open tasks of a particular type and send to the responsible parties if the tasks have not been completed in x amount of days.
I wanted to ask if there is a way to automatically send reminder notifications to responsible parties if tasks have not been completed within a certain amount of days or working hours without having to create report delivery schedules?

Hello Anderson,
Unfortunately report delivery schedules would be the only way I'd know of to cause those responsible parties to be notified automatically that they have pending tasks still.
