Report on reassigned/transferred tickets.

Hello all!

I have been asked if a report could be created for tickets a particular group has reassigned to others. I took a looks at the filtering list for a ticket report, and nothing jumped out. Does anyone know if this can be done?

Hi Michael, 

There isn't a great way to report on if a specific group reassigned the ticket but if you create a ticket report, you can filter on "Previous Resp Group is one of" and that would provide you with a list of tickets where that group was previously responsible, at least.

Hi Michael,

To add to what Brittany said, you can add in filtering for whether the assignment count of a ticket is greater than 1 AND where the Previous Resp Group is one of [that group] to find those tickets better and see where they've been the ones to reassign the ticket.
