Sandbox Refresh - Scheduled: Monday April 8th, 2024

Hello --

Based on how I am reading the documentation (https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=133132) the Spring 2024 Sandbox refresh will occur on:  April 8, 2024. Any new work, in the Sandbox (https://planning.jccc.edu/sandbox), involving ticket/form development, that doesn't currently exist in production (https://planning.jccc.edu) will be removed. Is that correct?

Hi Daniel, 

That is correct. Any changes made within the Sandbox will be overwritten during the refresh. It's also important to note that data for the refresh will be as of 11:30 PM ET the Thursday day prior to the refresh, so whatever data is in Production as of 11:30 PM ET the Thursday day prior, will be what makes it into SB after the refresh.

So, to make sure that I completely understand.
In the chart the refresh information is:
Spring 2024 - April 8, 2024
So the data will be pulled from production as of 11:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 4, 2024.
Any Sandbox "items" not included in Production as of 11:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 4, 2024, will no longer be included in the Sandbox on April 8, 2024.
We have some folks that are in Sandbox development right now, and getting nervous.
