Feed on the ticket under Print option
Can we check the feed check box by default under Print preview for a ticket

Hello Navjot,
Unfortunately there isn't a place to set the status of that option by default. It would make a good enhancement idea though if you wanted to submit it: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
