Report to Show All of the Tickets a User has been Notified On

Is it possible to create a report that shows a user all of the tickets that they have been notified on (but that they aren't responsible for)? If so, which filters should be used to obtain this information? 

We have a lot of front line staff who would like to be able to use TeamDynamix solely to respond to requests, but are being forced to check their email regularly as well as reports to catch any tickets that they may have been notified on but that they are not responsible for (as these tickets won't show in their normal reports). 

I was able to create a report that shows any tickets that the user has modified at some point that are not currently assigned to that user, but can't seem to find a way to do that for tickets that a user has been notified on that are not assigned to that user.

It isn't currently possible to report on the ticket feed to see who has been notified. I would suggest submitting this as an Enhancement Request: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
