Disable notifications to Requestor
We are testing a form and flows in iPaaS that create a ticket on a user's behalf. During testing, is there any way to stop the users from receiving notifications for these test tickets?

Hello Jim,
Since you're creating tickets via API essentially, it would make a difference what your ticket creation URL is including as far as the parameters for NotifyRequestor or NotifyResponsible.
Have you already set those parameter values to False?
