Knowledge Base Search From Ticket Form

Knowledge base search (top right corner in TDNext) doesn't appear on every ticket form. Is there a way to configure KB search visibility for every ticket form?

Hi Julien, 

I don't believe there is a way to force the KB search to show on a ticket form but is there a certain form you're trying to use that doesn't show this when creating a ticket in TDNext?

It is supposed to show up if the KB field is present on the form and is editable. Is that not the case? - Mark Sayers Mon 2/5/24 4:54 PM
