Alternate ID

Hi! Does anyone know if I can get the "Alternate ID" to show up below side the Organization ID field in the upper right hand side of tickets?

Hi Michael,

Unfortunately Alternate ID is not one of the fields that will by default appear in a requestor card on a ticket. You can ask for it to be possible to have that appear in the requestor cards though in an enhancement request via this service: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=2148
