Deleting Tickets?
How do we go about deleting tickets in an application? I have been looking around everywhere, I see other questions state you can delete them one by one, but I don't know where I have to go within my application.

Hi Darrin,
There should be a section that has detailed steps on how to delete tickets in the KB article below:
You'll have to be a global administrator in TDAdmin > Administrators tab and have the permission for "Delete Tickets" in order to delete them.

Completely missed that setting. Now it's selected and we can delete tickets. Thanks, Brittany!
